2019 Sangatith Pooja

JCM’s First Event of 2019:
Sangatith Pooja

Date:    26th January 2019, Saturday
Time:   8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Place:  Jain Temple, Hindu Mandir, Maple Grove

We would like to invite JCM Sangh to start year 2019 with very auspicious Sangatith Pooja. We will be performing Shree Parshvanath Jin Poojan” (श्री पार्श्वनाथ जिन पूजन) and Snatra Pooja. This pooja will be concluded by performing Aarti, Mangal Divo, and Shanti Kalash.If you wish to participate in pooja, clean clothes are required. The pooja will be followed by delicious lunch.

As a part of the Sangatith Pooja, we will be having the following: 

  • Shree Parshvanath Jin Poojan (श्री पार्श्वनाथ जिन पूजन): (Time: 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM)

We will be performing Dravya pooja of Dev Shastra Guru and Shri Parshvanth Bhagwan during this pooja.

  • Snatra Pooja: (Time: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM)

The Snatra pooja illustrates the celebration of two (out of the five) auspicious events (Kalyanaks) occurring in the last life of Tirthankar Bhagwan, which are Chyavana (conception) and Janma (birth) of Tirthankar. This Pooja explains the effect of Bhagwan’s birth on the whole universe, narrates how glorious the occasion was, and how much joy was shared by all the living beings. 

  • Aarti, Mangal Divo, & Shanti Kalash: (Time: 11:30 AM to Noon)
  • Hindu Mandir Appreciation: (Time: Noon to 12:15 PM)

JCM would like to recognize Hindu Mandir for their great services, support and help to our community during various JCM events with a small amount of general donation. 

  • Swamivatsalya / Lunch: (Time: 12:15 to 2:30 PM)

Special Guest:
Hindu Mandir President Ms. Vallabha Tantry will be joining us around noon to grace this occasion on our request. Her presence will make this occasion very special.
